After a deluge of rain on Dauphin Island, Alabama, the sun made an appearance, just before sunset to brighten a moody sky with a splash of color. A Blue Heron appears to be watching the sunset as well. Dauphin Island is a great place to have a family vacation.  It is quiet with gently sloping white sand beaches making it perfect for swimming and kayaking.
